Cheezly Mozzarella - Holland and Barret
Last night I went to see some family and we made pizzas; I've wanted to try Cheezly's vegan mozzarella for ages so I took my chance (I'm far too lazy to make my own dough etc etc). Pizza is a food I've reeaally missed and for some reason a lot of places feel the need to add milk to their dough recipe when actually it's just flour, yeast, water and salt. I've heard that a lot of vegan cheese is really gross and comes no where near the quality of actual cheese and so I wasn't holding out much hope - especially when I tried some not cooked. It wasn't great. But somewhere in the process of it melting it became super yummy and I'm having real cravings for it again today. All in all, deffo worth a purchase if you're planning on making pizzas at home. Just FYI I also had olives, onion, mushrooms, home made tomato sauce and red and orange peppers on this.
